Because the alumina ceramic patch has good wear resistance, light weight and convenient construction, the total weight of the impeller will be reduced a lot, and the service life of the fan main bearing will be increased.
The construction method of alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining is simple and easy to operate. First of all, the fan impeller should be cleaned and polished, and then the alumina ceramic lining can be pasted on the fan impeller in turn with wear-resistant ceramic glue. In this way, the wear resistance of the fan impeller is greatly improved, and the service life of the fan impeller or pipeline is prolonged.
