(1) The flatness of ceramic rubber composite plate, no obvious deformation, with steel plate ruler measurement dimensions and diagonal;
(2) Check the appearance of the embedded rubber ceramic, whether there is a lack of corners, cracks, ceramic surface color is consistent;
(3) Check the bond between the rubber plate and the steel plate. Pull the rubber plate at the edge of the steel plate by hand to see if there is the problem of warping and not bonding firmly;
(4) Check whether the four bolts used for the installation of the back of the steel plate are solidly welded and the size is correct.
