1) Adhesive type: Adhesive industrial abrasive alumina ceramic lining plate uses ceramic glue to adhere the wear-resistant lining plate to the inner surface of the equipment. This method has simple installation, is suitable for large-scale construction on site, and saves maintenance time. Suitable for working environment under normal temperature.

 

2) Welding type: The welding type wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is welded to the equipment through the welding holes on the wear-resistant ceramic, and is adhered with glue to achieve a double-layer secure effect.

 

3) Dovetail slot type: Dovetail slot ceramic lining is to fix the dovetail ceramic lining to the equipment that needs wear protection through stainless steel guide rails. When using, weld the dovetail guide rail to the part that needs to be abrasion resistant, and control the spacing to ensure the gap between the ceramics. Then, the special ceramic with dovetail notch is clamped to the guide rail, and the ceramics are connected in series along the direction of the guide rail to complete the installation. It is widely used in equipment wear protection in thermal power, mining, cement, smelting and other industries.
