In terms of application, in the medical field, it is used to manufacture dental implants and artificial joints because of its good biocompatibility and high hardness, which can reduce complications; in the semiconductor field, as a device packaging substrate, it is used in electric vehicle IGBTs, etc. due to its excellent heat dissipation, insulation and mechanical strength; in cutting tools, it can remain stable at high temperatures and realize the processing of cast iron and alloys.
